I'm Lisa Lee, a Senior Product Designer at SAP. I focus on creating the most usable cloud software product applications and platforms with my talented team. I place great importance on both craftsmanship and efficiency in my work.
I care about the details and consider user research to be crucial in creating effective, intuitive interfaces. Conducting and synthesizing research sessions is my go-to tool for thinking through interaction models and new possibilities.
With my specialization in Product Design and UX research, I've spent the past three and a half years as a Product Designer on the CX C4C (Cloud for Customers) team in SAP's Palo Alto office. Here, I create workspaces and applications for end-users and admins in the sales segment. I'm also proud to have developed an in-house remote research toolkit that supported multiple designers with their research processes, which later gained recognition and was shared with the entire CX organization.
Prior to joining my current team, I was part of SAP.iO's central studio team, where I worked closely with startups to build their design and user research foundation. My diverse experiences across both startup incubation and in-house product design have provided me with a unique, end-to-end perspective and exposure to designing within both creative and innovative settings, as well as user-driven and
research-focused environments.
I thrive on learning new things and exploring new paths to familiar places. I love nothing more than mindlessly walking outside with my puppy, Tori, and I also enjoy traveling and seeing things from
a fresh perspective.
